The Beaver County Association of REALTORS® is a non-profit trade association that has served real estate professionals and the community since 1943. With nearly 600 members, BCAR is an effective voice for private property rights and the professional and ethical behavior within the industry.

The primary goals of BCAR are to promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®; to encourage public service by its members; to keep the community informed of the role and work of real estate professionals; to foster courteous and professional relations among the members of the association; and to preserve the history of the system and the memory of past members.

BCAR’s membership includes many affiliate companies including lenders, mortgage counselors, title companies, insurance companies, home warranty companies, appraisers, home inspectors, advertisers, and other professional services.
